When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation as acknowledgement.

A contract between you and Hoola for the purchase of our products will commence once we confirm that your order has been despatched. You will receive a despatch confirmation by email. It is at this point that you will be charged.

This purchase contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England, and you and Hoola Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.


If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please contact us by email at: shop@hoola.co. We recommend you contact us within 24 hours before despatch of goods. If the goods have been despatched, please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Product Information & Availability

Whilst we take great care to ensure that all product information and stock levels are up-to-date, we reserve the right to refuse orders where information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

All goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, or there has been an error, we will notify you as soon as possible, to update, amend, or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time.

All photographs, descriptive matter and specifications of the garments on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the garments.

Every effort has been made to reflect product colours accurately. However, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you see will accurately reflect the true colour of the product on delivery. This is due to a myriad of factors, such as differences in monitors and screen settings.


We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

When paying by credit or debit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.

All prices on our website include VAT at the current prevailing rate for which we are responsible.

Non UK & EU Customers

All orders are charged in Pound Sterling. If you use a credit or debit card registered overseas, the total will be determined by the card issuer, based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. Please be aware that your card issuer may charge a fee for currency conversion – if you are unsure, please contact them before placing your order.

Please note that you may also be liable to import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.
