Delivery and Returns


Hoola normally aims to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receipt, subject to order confirmation and credit card authorization.

All dates and timeframes quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delays that are out of our control.

A signature is required on all orders, so please ensure you provide a delivery address that will enable someone to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available the relevant postal service (Royal Mail in the UK), will leave a card informing you that your package is available to collect or be redelivered.

UK - £4.50

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Estimated arrival time is 1-2 working days.


Please note that international orders may also be liable to import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. We cannot be held liable for any of these charges, and you, as the recipient,  maintain responsibility for these costs. If you are unsure whether these charges may apply to your order, please contact your local tax or customs authorities.

All orders outside of the UK are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. 

EUROPE - £10

Estimated arrival time for Western Europe is 3-5 working days.

Estimated arrival time for Eastern Europe is 5-7 working days.


Estimated arrival time for the rest of the world is 5-7 working days.


We want you to be delighted when you shop with Hoola but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund or exchange. International customers must return goods within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • Goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition. All items must be unworn and unwashed with labels and swing tags intact, and hygiene sticker in place.

  • Postage and Packing is not refundable.

  • When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send your return via a signed for or special delivery service.

  • You are liable for the cost of returning items. If you exchange for alternative items, Hoola will pay for the dispatch of your replacement items.

  • Please note that refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer from knowing.
