Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day via Royal Mail Signed For Next Day. Orders require a signature, so please ensure you provide a delivery address that will enable someone to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available, Royal Mail will leave a card offering details on how to arrange re-delivery or alternatively collect the parcel from a local post office. Some smaller-value orders are dispatched by first class standard delivery and do not require a signature.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed and require a signature, so please ensure you provide a delivery address that will enable someone to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available, your local postal service will likely leave a card or message providing details on how to arrange re-delivery. Some smaller-value orders are dispatched standard delivery, and so no signature would be required.

Customs & Taxes

Please note that all shipments sent outside of the EU may be liable to import duties and taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for full details on these charges.

Local customs agencies may occasionally perform security checks on shipments which can lead to delays. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email providing a tracking number.

For UK based orders, the Royal Mail Signed For Next Day service offers simple and limited information. This will state when the package was dispatched, when it was received by Royal Mail, and when delivery was made or attempted.

International Tracking

For international orders, the Royal Mail International Signed For service offers limited information. This will state when the package was dispatched, when it was received by Royal Mail, when it was passed onto the overseas delivery service, and when it was finally delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items within 21 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) or an exchange.

Please ensure all items are returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels, tags, and hygiene sticker attached.

We strongly recommend NOT using any tanning products when trying on your swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the garment is stained due to use of these products, or to deduct a fee from a refund to cover cleaning costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for products of the same or lesser value.

International Exchanges

We strongly recommend international customers contact us if they wish to exchange items. Please email us at shop@hoola.co quoting your order number and what items you would like to exchange for. We can then ensure that the items are available.

Free UK Returns

To return an item for a refund or exchange, please fill out the returns form, and affix the enclosed Freepost Returns label to the package. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend you take the package to the Post Office and get a 'Certificate of Posting'. This will ensure you have proof of delivery in the case of a lost package.

International Returns

Please ensure to mark your package as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Not doing so could result in delays as well as additional import duties and taxes charged to you by UK customs.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you use a signed or tracked delivery service.

When will you process my return?

It generally takes 3 business days to process returns upon receipt of goods.

In the case of exchanges, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your replacement items have been despatched along with relevant tracking details.

In the case of refunds, you will receive a confirmation email indicating a refund has been made.

How long do refunds take?

If you have made payment by debit or credit card, refunds will generally take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

If you have made payment through an existing balance on Paypal, refunds will generally take 5-7 business days to appear in your Paypal account.

If you have made payment through a debit or credit card or bank transfer through Paypal, refunds will take up to 30 days to appear in your account.

 

We've made a mistake

Oops! Occasionally mistakes happen. In the event that we have sent out an incorrect or faulty item, please accept our apologies and get in touch with us.

Simply drop us an email at shop@hoola.co quoting your order number and detailing the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible and look to replace the item or adequately recompense you. All postage will be reimbursed for returns of faulty or incorrect items.
